Nihon Life Insurrance invests 40-50 billion yen in Saito.

Nihon Life Insurrance announced to establish a new data backup center in Saito Life Science Park. The company invests about 40-50 billion yen as an initial investment. The site was chosen due to the proximity to the existing data center in Sakai City. The investment is aiming to improve a natural disaster continuity of the company. The old backup center in Tokyo does not have capability to continue the business.

日本生命は新しいデータバックアップセンターを彩都ライフサイエンスパークを建設すると発表した。初期投資だけで400～500億円に上る。建設地は堺市にある現行データセンターへの近接性で選ばれた。この投資は災害時における業務継続性の向上を目指している。現行のバックアップセンターは東京にあるが、業務の復旧が遅れる可能性があった。

However, population decreased due to the larger increase of people dying.

Kobe Airport Terminal will clean out its cumulative loss in this current business period. This is six year earlier than an original prediction. Increasing number of passengers and visitors contributed its turnaround. Primary revenue streams of the airport company are rent from restaurants and shop, and parking fees.
