TOTO releases a water-saving toilet system on August 1st. The lavatory basin, or the big white telephone, decreases the use of water by 65% to 5.5L, 1.453G,compared with conventional ones. According to the company, if the brand-new one introduced, a family of four could save 13,000 yen a year by reducing the cost of water. The company is targeting a family who remodels its house.
